- *If using for anything other than eviction, a $75 deposit is required
- All trash must be in bags or Boses. No loose debris. Carpet must be rolled and tied securely. No Loose trash should be hanging out of the top or side. Items should be two inches below and two inches back of the white lines.
- Any items that are above the two inch line or behind the two inch line will be left behind.
- Old furniture, mattresses, televisions, and microwaves are acceptable
- All items must be household goods
- The drop off time will be before 10am and picked up at 6pm that day.
- No refunds
- Violation of any of these terms, will forfeit your deposit.
